For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Work schedule: 2/2 night shifts, 10 hours + 1 hour break.
Shift start: 19:00–20:00 GMT+3, shift end: 06:00–07:00.
Handle written player inquiries across support platforms.
Collect and analyze in game issues and bugs.
Review player feedback and app ratings, and provide detailed reports to the development team.
Maintain and update the FAQ database, create and translate game guides and automated responses.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
English level C1 or higher (we need you to think in English, not translate).
Strong written communication skills in both English and Russian.
Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
Good technical awareness.
Basic understanding of the gaming market and strong motivation to learn more.
Ability to search, analyze, and process data.
Comfortable working with large volumes of information.
Passion for games and people.
Polite, responsive, and patient. A lot of patience.
Fast learner with strong adaptability.
